طلب حذف بياناتك

1. راسل صفحة العيادة على فيسبوك أو إنستغرام، أو واتساب العيادة +964 788 233 2330، واكتب: «أطلب حذف بياناتي».
2. نتأكد أن الطلب منك (من نفس الحساب أو رقم الهاتف).
3. نحذف محادثاتك وبيانات التواصل الخاصة بك خلال 30 يوماً، ونرسل لك تأكيداً.

ملاحظة: السجل العلاجي (إن وُجد) يُحفظ المدة التي يفرضها القانون للسجلات الطبية، ثم يُحذف. يمكنك أيضاً إزالة صلاحية تطبيق العيادة من إعدادات فيسبوك ← التطبيقات والمواقع.

Request deletion of your data

1. Message the clinic's Facebook or Instagram page, or WhatsApp +964 788 233 2330, saying "Please delete my data".
2. We confirm the request comes from you (same account or phone number).
3. We delete your conversations and contact details within 30 days and confirm to you.

Treatment records, if any, are kept for the period medical-record law requires and then deleted. You can also remove the clinic app's access in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
